Background
Learning4u is working with training seminars for managers who need to give feedback to their employees. The idea is to provide both tools for giving difficult feedback as well as an arena for practising. Yearly Learning4u train more than 2000 managers!
Our teaching methods
Learning4u trains managers and leaders to conduct difficult interviews. The teaching method used is learning by role-play. The core consists of real case scenarios that commonly arise at the workplace. The ‘boss’ meets actors who portray co-workers in realistic interview situations. Through acting, observation and reflection the participant acquires greater competence in dealing with these situations. We provide competence in two formats: where the theatre of knowledge is played out on stage, and the learning which comprises self-tuition.
